The Umoja Group, in collaboration with the Hyde Park Opportunity Program for Empowerment (H.O.P.E.) and Blacks in Technology (BIT), is proud to launch the Green Energy Academy—a forward-thinking initiative designed to strengthen workforce development within Hyde Park’s Empowerment Zone. This partnership brings together community empowerment, technology innovation, and green energy training to prepare residents for high-demand careers in solar, wind, and clean energy industries. Together, we’re creating pathways to sustainability, economic growth, and long-term community resilience.

Financial Literacy
Financial exclusion causes financial illiteracy and financial illiteracy allows the existence of fringe bankers to go unchecked. That’s why we created our virtual financial empowerment centers.
